I was born and raised on the east coast in Pennsylvania. About a year after I graduated from high school I joined the United States Army and served for three and one half years. I was stationed at the Aberdeen Proving Grounds in Maryland for one year and spent the next two and one half years in the Republic of South Korea assigned to the 502 Military Intelligence Battalion. Upon my honorable discharge from the Army in 1977 I moved to California, got married, started a family, began attending college at night and started working for the Internal Revenue Service. For the next 32 years I lived and worked in the Sacramento/Roseville California areas. On February 03, 2010 I retired from the Internal Revenue Service to start my tax representation and consultation business - Fair Share Tax Negotiations.
